Delivery Policy

    This Delivery Policy applies to all eSIM products purchased through the RedteaGO platform.

  • 2. Product Nature

    RedteaGO provides digital eSIM products only and does not involve any physical goods shipping or logistics delivery.

  • 3. Delivery Method

    After completing the purchase, the eSIM will be made available via the RedteaGO App or the order page in the user’s account on the official website.

  • 4. Delivery Time

    After successful payment, the eSIM is typically generated and delivered instantly. In special circumstances (including but not limited to system maintenance, network delays, or payment verification), delivery may be delayed.

  • 5. If You Do Not Receive the eSIM

    If the user fails to receive the eSIM, they may check the order status in the RedteaGO App or on the official website account order page, or contact customer support for assistance.

  • 6. User Responsibilities

    Before using the eSIM, users should ensure that their device supports eSIM functionality and is unlocked (not restricted by any carrier), and follow the instructions for installation and activation. Failure due to device incompatibility or not following instructions may affect normal usage and related service support.

  • 7. Installation and Device Restrictions

    Purchased eSIMs can be reinstalled on the same device (if the device has not been changed), and once activated, cannot be transferred to another device.

  • 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

    Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or RedteaGO services shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration.

  • 9. Amendments and Notices

    RedteaGO reserves the right to modify, supplement, or remove these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the official RedteaGO website or application and will take effect from the date of publication.

    Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

    Any notices regarding these terms will be sent via email or published on the website/application and shall be deemed duly delivered in accordance with applicable laws.
