Follow the steps as below, RedteaGO eSIM makes your iPhone the

1. Open the App.
2. Select data plan.
3. Tap “ buy” to finish payment and get the plan activated
(before using).
4. Follow the guide to configure the eSIM.(network connection is
needed).
5. Make sure "Cellular Data" switches to eSIM, now you can enjoy

If you fail, go to iPhone Settings and tap “Cellular” to check
RedteaGO eSIM’s usage.
Your device will specify the SIM using data (the Primary SIM or

which eSIM is being used - check the nickname you set for eSIM

The RedteaGO eSIM will be valid for the days you selected for
the order, and it’s calculated upon activation completed.
Friendly reminder: We suggest removing the RedteaGO eSIM after
use, just in case your nano-card cannot function correctly.

plan you added - Remove [Cellular Plan].
An unused data plan expires 30 days after the purchase date. You can ask for a refund and install it within 30 days.
Yes indeed. When the data plan ends, your eSIM will be offline so you will need an internet connection for reorder.
Are you in an area with network coverage?
In an area with limited mobile coverage, or no coverage at all,
you will find it difficult to access the internet. Try switching
locations until you get enough signal bars to connect to 3G or
4G/LTE.
If you are in good coverage and tried everything else, always
try a restart and see if that helps.
We feel sorry to hear that, and suggest not to delete the eSIM until the data plan is finished. If you delete a valid eSIM order, the data plan can't be used any more.
Unfortunately, it is not possible with the current eSIM architecture. We suggest you get a new eSIM.
